We only gather personal information, such as, first and last names, addresses and email addresses, when you voluntarily submit it to us or voluntarily apply for employment through the Website. To opt out of emails, please follow the instructions in the email. You can stop any further collection of information by any Mobile Apps by uninstalling the Mobile Apps from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

2. Sharing of Personal Information.

We may share personal information within the Jalapeno Tree Family. The “Jalapeno Tree Family” includes Jalapeno Tree Operating LLC, our parent, our subsidiaries and our affiliates. Of course, any use of this information by the Jalapeno Tree Family will comply with this policy. Occasionally, with your permission, we will send marketing information to you, such as discount coupons, information about new product offerings, etc. If you do not elect to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.

Companies may be engaged by us to perform a variety of functions, such as, fulfilling orders, assisting with promotions, providing technical services for our Website. These companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform such functions. However, these companies may only use such personal information for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties outside the Jalapeno Tree Family. You may be asked if you wish to receive marketing materials from Jalapeno Tree business partners. 3. Children’s Privacy Notice.

We understand the importance of privacy to visitors to and users of our Website. We are especially committed to protecting the privacy of children who visit or use our Website. Our Website is intended for users who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records. California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b)(as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how Jalapeno Tree responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. Jalapeno Tree does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.

All Jalapeno Tree Website operated by Jalapeno Tree will adhere to this Privacy Policy. The policies of some Jalapeno Tree Sites or Mobile Apps may vary, however, because of local customs, practices or laws or due to circumstances unique to that web site. In all cases, however, the Website operated by Jalapeno Tree will honor the commitments to our customers set forth in this Policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth at the end of this Privacy Policy. From time to time, it may be necessary for Jalapeno Tree to change this Privacy Policy. If we change our policy, we will post the revised version here, so we suggest that you check here periodically for the most up-to-date version of our Privacy Policy. Any revised Privacy Policy will go into effect on the “Effective Date” shown in the revised Privacy Policy.
