Dear Customer,
In an effort to improve our service to you, we have recently made some major changes to our gift card program.
Most importantly, we have added the capability for you to check your remaining balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply by calling 800.242.5353. This feature is available on any new gift cards purchased. These instructions can also be found on the back of these new cards.
