Hola,

The Pepper Posse hasn't let a little rain get in our way of having fun and sharing some Crazy Good Mexican Food with the world. We have some exciting updates for everyone!!!

We are really excited about opening a new Jalapeno Tree in Mesquite TX and want to invite everyone out to help celebrate our newest restaurant. Even with our trips to the rodeo the Pepper Posse hasn't slowed down and is already planning an October 2007 Jalapeno Tree opening in Tyler, TX.

I am sure you have noticed, but if not the Pepper Posse always likes to spend some time in a place before selecting it as a location for a Jalapeno Tree. Tyler was no exception to this rule and we learned lots about the city. Interestingly enough we smelled Tyler before actually seeing it!!! Tyler ,aka The Rose City, grows and sells roses!! Tyler has had an annual rose festival since 1933 and has the nations largest Municipal Rose Garden and Museum.

Striving to spread Crazy Good Mexican Food accross Texas we found ourselvs in Granbury, TX surrounded by history, shopping, cafes and some great fishing spots. The Pepper Posse filled up one of the local bed & breakfasts and had a great time. Granbury says they are the mordern doorway to the 19th century and after spending a weekend there we could see why. Check back often for updates and opening dates!
